Congratulations! 

You have purchased credits that can be redeemed for enrollments into any One Month Bootcamp (JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Rails, HTML, Programming for Non-Programmers or other bootcamps to be added in the future). Each credit can be redeemed for a single enrollment.

Can I see the curriculum for each of the courses?

Yes. Each of the course landing goes into much more detail: 

Can I use my credits to enroll other people in courses?

Yes. Credits don’t have to be used to enroll just the person who purchased them. They can be used to enroll anyone in any One Month Bootcamp.
 
Please note that only the person who purchased the credits can redeem them for other people. So, if you purchased credits and you want your friend to use one of them, you’ll need to submit the request for him or her.
 

How can I enroll myself in an upcoming bootcamp using a credit?

Send an email to support@onemonth.com with the following information:
 
  • Your full name
  • The bootcamp (including dates) that you would like to enroll in
We must receive your email at least 2 days before the bootcamp begins, and you can only enroll in bootcamps that are scheduled on the onemonth.com website.
For security purposes, this email request must come from the email address that matches your One Month account. Redemption requests will not be honored if they come from an email address that we do not have on file.
 

How can I enroll someone else using one of my credits?

Before emailing us, your friend must create a free One Month online account by visiting https://onemonth.com/signup.
 
Then, send an email to support@onemonth.com with the following information:
 
Your full name
The full name of the person you’re enrolling
The email address that the person you’re enrolling registered on our site with
The bootcamp (including dates) that you would like to enroll them in
 
We must receive your email at least 5 days before the bootcamp begins, and you can only enroll your friend in bootcamps that are scheduled on the onemonth.com website. For security purposes, this email request must come from the email address that matches your One Month account. Redemption requests will not be honored if they come from an email address that we do not have on file.
 

Can I get a refund for my unused credits?

 If you purchased a multi-pack of credits and haven’t used any yet, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchasing. Once you have used a credit from your multi-pack, a refund will no longer be available. Sorry, no partial refunds will be given.
 
Any credits not used within 1 year will be forfeited, so make sure you use them all!
 

How can I find out how many credits I have remaining?

You can email support@onemonth.com any time to find out how many credits you have remaining.
 

Can I still take advantage of the One Month Bootcamp Satisfaction Guarantee?

Yes. We still guarantee that you’ll love our courses. If you use a credit to enroll for a bootcamp, complete the bootcamp and all assignments, and feel like it didn’t live up to your expectations, you may email support@onemonth.com to request that your credit be returned to your account.
